You may return product for any reason within 30 days of purchase and receive a refund or exchange. To return product you may either call us at 775-346-2477 or initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process on the web site. To do so, go to "My Account", then "View Details" of the order from which you're returning product. Click on the red "Add New RMA" button to initiate the process.
Shipping Policy
We are a family run business, building product as orders arrive. We will typically ship within one week and we don’t usually use overnight shipping. If shipment will be delayed more than 2 weeks we will contact you to see if you would like to wait or cancel the order. You may cancel your order by calling us at 775-346-2477 prior to shipment. If you need something in a hurry, call us and we will make special arrangements.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by PanelPak or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
For a multiple product order, we will make every effort to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt regardless of the number of boxes or shipments used.
Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that is on file with the credit card company. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed.
We accept only credit cards for orders made online. If you need to use another form of payment, please call us at 775-346-2477 to make special arrangements.
Taxes
PanelPak will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Illinois. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PanelPak reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If your order is declined in full or in part, PanelPak will refund the corresponding portion of your payment.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error PanelPak shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PanelPak shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PanelPak shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
